Victor Beccio Joins WPM Real Estate Management as Head of Human Resources
Baltimore-based WPM Real Estate Management announced today that Victor Beccio has been named Head of Human Resources for the organization. Beccio brings more than 20 years of experience in human resources, organizational development, and executive coaching to the position.

Joining WPM’s executive management team, Victor will be responsible for aligning the company’s people strategies with its business goals, strengthening the organization’s talent development and total rewards programs, and enhancing WPM’s ability to attract and retain top talent.

Beccio has worked in multiple industries with both large, global Fortune 500 companies and startup businesses, leading organizations through transformational change and aligning the people function to the overall business strategy. He previously served as Managing Director of People Strategy for Morning Consult, and as Vice President, Human Resources Business Partner for T. Rowe Price. His career also includes consulting with companies across various industries, helping leaders identify emerging challenges and implement strategies for greater HR optimization, service delivery, and organizational growth.
Beccio earned his Master of Science in Human Resources Development from Towson University and holds a dual Graduate Certificate in Human Capital & Effective Organizations and Organizational Design from the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business. Additionally, he is a Prosci™ Certified Change Management Practitioner and is certified in the Birkman Method, Drexler-Sibbet Team Performance Model, the Hogan Assessment, Korn Ferry Voices® 360, and LEGO Serious Play.
